Geraldine Hamm

Geraldine Hamm directs and implements the delivery of administrative and technical support activities for the company as they relate to the development and processing of applications for FHA mortgage insurance under the Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) and Lean healthcare programs.  These activities include organizing and preparing application exhibits, coordinating the flow of information from borrowers, third-party consultants and underwriting personnel, and assisting with the credit and financial reviews of borrowers, contractors and transaction principals. 

Geraldine has over 32 years of administrative and technical support experience, including 25 years with our company.  She has an Associate Degree in Business Office Technologies from Rockland Community College.
